Plain English editing and coaching: Our Plain English editing service brings freshness and clarity to all types of documents from a letter or press release to a lengthy Government report. One-on-one coaching is available for staff at any level who want to improve the readability of their documents with results that show everyone has the ability to write clearly, succinctly and persuasively.
Teams at work
Facilitated decision making: Group decision-making can be tough, especially when there are lots of ideas about what should happen next but no clear strategy. Our facilitated sessions cut through the confusion and help teams to ask the right questions, draw on group knowledge and sort through priorities. Our skilled facilitators can help groups get unstuck so they can reframe their problem and better manage an agreed solution.
Stakeholder engagement: A team isolated from its stakeholders is a team in trouble. We help teams map and re-engage with stakeholder expectations and business strategy.
Mediations and Conflict Resolution: Grievance resolution can result in a procedurally sound outcome while leaving relationships fractured. This is a risk to both work health and safety and productivity. Mediation can enable parties in conflict to rebuild their relationship while feeling heard and respected. Sensitive mediation or conflict resolution session/s can restore workplace/committee/board relationships and ensure understanding and acceptance of differing roles, for example, a manager and team member.
